Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    • Personal care items (e.g., skincare products, sexual wellness products)
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Sale items or final sale items

Return Requests Made Simple!

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at thrivingbeyondbreastcancer@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Shipping Costs: You may be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Partial Refunds: Certain situations may result in only partial refunds:
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at thrivingbeyondbreastcancer@gmail.com and follow the return instructions provided.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
